To enroll in benefits or update your application please click on the appropriate link below.
Your vision insurance benefits commence on the first of the month following 60 days of full time employment. ALPHATECH also has an annual open enrollment for vision insurance that gives you a chance to review and update your benefits in December for a January 1st effective date. You also have options to change your enrollment status when an eligible life event occurs. Your employer contributes 100% of the base plan price for employees' vision insurance, 50% for a spouse's vision insurance, and 50% for (an) eligible child's/children's vision insurance premiums.
