About our text messages

Program name: Real Benefit Solutions Text Messages

Real Benefit Solutions is a health insurance agency with offices in Pocatello and Blackfoot, Idaho. Through our text messaging program, clients and people who contact us can get help by text. We only text people who agree to receive our texts, and our messages are about:

• Replies to questions you send us from our website or by text
• Appointment confirmations and reminders, where you can reply C to confirm or R to reschedule
• Follow-up on quotes, coverage and account questions you asked us about

We never text health, claim or Social Security details, and we ask that you do not text them to us. We can send you a secure upload link instead.

Our texts come from our main texting number, (208) 252-6732, or from a Real Benefit Solutions business texting number assigned to your agent.

How to sign up

• On our website. Click the Text us button on any page of our website, or open the form here. Enter your first name, mobile number and message, then check the box that says you agree to receive text messages. The box is optional. If you leave it unchecked, an agent will call you instead.
• When you book an appointment online. On our Schedule an appointment page, check the optional box that says Text me a confirmation and reminders. If you leave it unchecked, we will not text you, and your confirmation comes by email.
• By telling us. Before we set up text reminders for an appointment, or text you ourselves, we ask: "Is it OK if Real Benefit Solutions texts you at this number about your appointments, quotes and account? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out." If you say yes, we record your answer, the date and the name of the person who asked.
• By texting us first. Send a text to (208) 252-6732. Our website shows this notice next to our number: "By texting us, you agree to get text replies from Real Benefit Solutions about your question. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."

Our Text us form and our online booking page show this wording next to the checkbox: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Real Benefit Solutions at the number above about my inquiry, quotes, appointments and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

The first text we send you names us, says that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, and tells you to reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any product or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversations and appointments with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work, and so does asking us in your own words. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you reply START to sign up again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or rent your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
